Our 15kg Standard Chrome Single Dumbbell comes complete with everything you need to get started. It comes complete with two dumbbell bars and two locking collars. Also included is a FREE heavy-duty plastic carry case for easy portability and storage plus a barbell converting bar that connects the two dumbbell bars together.
IMPORTANT NOTE; To keep the carry case as small as possible there is no space for the barbell conversion bar, it is too long.
A pair of dumbbells are ideal to target and tone specific muscles.

Good set of dumbbells but the wing nut is wrong threaded so will not turn either way making the bar impossible to use. This is a pity as otherwise it would have been a better revoew
