The spring-mounted round design allows the bag to be struck safely from any angle. The large bag size means you can practice strikes from all area’s of the body. The IronMan Kickboxing Power Pro Free Standing Punch Bag has been designed to be fast and easy to assemble or disassemble.
The large base is supplied empty for easy transport, simply fill with water or even sand if you require an even heavier more stable base.
The round shape of the base makes it easy to roll away when you have finished your workout for storage.

Punch bag
Fantastic! Bought for my son for Christmas as a surprise gift - it's even in the house! It's big bold and sturdy. He has used it several times a day and having filled it with sand it's really sturdy and big enough for all the kicks too.
