Description
The BodyTrain Professional Power Rack with Cable System is ideal for home fitness training to help safely build strength and push your limits when training with weights. Suitable for beginners all the way through to experienced athletes looking to safely perform weighted exercises with maximum loads.
The BodyTrain Professional Power Rack is easy to assemble, the heavy-duty steel square tubing has a chip-resistant black paint finish which is both durable and robust which helps the longevity of the rack. The rack is extra wide and has non-slip feet that protect hard flooring and offer stability and safety.
With the flexibility of different height adjustments for the barbell holders and safety spotter rails most users will be able to find the most comfortable, effective and safest set up possible.
Weighted exercises are a great way to burn fat and increase lean muscle it is possible to safely perform shrugs, squats, chest presses, shoulder presses, finger rolls, chin-ups, pull-ups, lat pulldowns, cable shoulder raises, low cable row and many more exercises with the BodyTrain Professional Power Rack. Helping you achieve your workout goals by allowing you to vary your workouts and safely increase the used resistance.
The power rack cable system is for a maximum of 80kg standard one-inch weight plates (NOT INCLUDED), it is not suitable for Olympic plates.

Wow, so impressed with this rack, can’t believe it’s so “cost effective”. Build quality is excellent, plus the plain English assembly instructions are a dream. Even all the fittings are well labelled and more importantly, the right size, so no long bolts sticking out any where. Delivery for me was next day too.Worth twice the asking price in my opinion.

Starting with the rig itself. It’s perfect for my home gym can do pull ups at 110kg bw without issue can bench and squat decent numbers with minimum movement of the rig. The dip handles are kind of annoying as in the way. The holes in the rig are small so not great accessories available.
The company themselves are highly responsive I had question they answered pretty quickly. Had a problem with a part an they sent a new part.

The product is very cheap for how good it is and the customer service is class.

It’s a fantastic bit of kit, really sturdy, but not too heavy to move it around into place. The pulley system is really good and doesn’t make hardly any noise at all, when you’re pulling some weights. The pully system is quite stiff at the beginning, when it’s being pulled up and down the bars at the back. So personally I used some grease and lubricant stuff to make it glide smoother now, and it’s alot better. And the pully accessories are good, so once you’ve built it up you can start training straight away etc. My only problem with this cage is that the dip bars can be abit annoying at times, as you have to really concentrate on not hitting them when you’re barbell bench pressing and inclining etc.. And for me they just stick out abit too much, as I’m running abit low on space. So they are probably an unnecessary addition for my gym setup in my bedroom, although I may start doing dips later on when I’m stronger etc..
I have to admit I was abit disappointed at first as a key price had holes that didn’t match up to the instructions correctly. But Sports and Leisure UK were very good about it. They apologized and sent out a replacement piece straight away, no questions asked. Think I messaged on a Thursday about the problem, and by Monday the new replacement piece had arrived. Very good customer service too.

High recommend this piece of kit as it truly is good value for money. However the service we received was even better . we had our delivery the following day. we had one item which we had an issue with which was our fault but we had a replacement sent regardless foc .
