The Iron Man ES409B multi-gym comes complete with a hanging punching bag that is connected at both the top and the bottom this reduces excessive swinging of the punching bag making it easier, more effective and safer to use. The gym has the standard seated stations but also a dip / leg raise stand, curved sit-up bench and the impressive punch bag station. Utilizing an impressive 65kg shrouded weight stack many effective exercises can be performed. 		This item is sent out on a next working day delivery service. this means that if you place your order before 12am Monday to Thursday then it will be delivered by 5pm the following day. If your order is placed after 12am on a Thursday it will be delivered on the following Monday, and if your order is placed after 12am on a Friday it will be delivered on the following Tuesday as we do not count weekends as working days. we also do not deliver on bank holidays or public holidays. Delivery is free to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. 		Unless specified otherwise in the item description warranty is for 12 months parts and labour. Should you have problem with your item in the most cases customers find it easiest to resolve the problem with replacement parts in the post.
