Decent treadmill runs well love how it has a speaker and a phone stand good for music when your on it it’s very sturdy well built price is a bargain you don’t have to pay £1000 for a treadmill just because it goes a bit faster this does up to 7mph which you think sounds slow but it certainly isn’t when your on it. Just make sure you get a mat if it’s placed on soft flooring I have mine on vinyl floor but I got a treadmill mat from the range for this which is quite thick
